Details: ABH Hardware 2600 Single Floor Mount Electro-Magnetic Door Holder / Release

A simple and effective door magnet, perfect for holding door(s) open. Door(s) can all close when remotely released, The ABH Hardware 2600 can be tied into fire and other security alarm devices. If partnered with ABH 'Push Pull' latches the doors will shut and close upon release, depending on how your locking systems are set on your door latches will determine furthered levels of security. This wall and door mounted magnet is easy to install and the magnet can be manually disengaged with 30-45 lbs. of force. Electro-Magnetic Door Holder/Release

For use on fire/smoke barrier doors hold open until released by a remote switching device. Can also be used to just hold door.
