Details: Adams Rite 2331 Heavy Duty Deadbolt, 1-3/4" backset, complete with strike
2331 Heavy Duty Deadbolt provides a heavy duty deadbolt lock that expands into the strike for heavy duty hollow metal or wood applications.
Features
- Cylinder Backset: 1-3/4" [44.5 mm] only.
- Case: Measures 7/8" × 3-5/8" × 2-5/8" deep [22.2 mm × 92.1 mm × 66.7 mm]. Zinc alloy.
- Bolt: Brass with stainless steel dogs,1/2" × 1-1/2" [12.7 mm × 38.1 mm] with 3/4"[19.1 mm] horizontal throw and 11/32" [8.7mm] expansion above and below main bolt.
- Strike: 1/8" × 1" × 4-11/16" [3.2 mm × 25.4 mm × 119.1 mm] with 5/8" × 1-5/8" [15.9 mm × 41.3 mm] opening. Brass, with four-screw mounting. Trim finish same as faceplate.
- Armored Faceplate: Measures 1" × 5-3/4" [25.4 mm × 146.1 mm]; Flat faceplate of brass. Available in a variety of finishes.
- Special Cylinder Cam: Operable by any standard mortise cylinder with special cam dimensions. Cylinders with such cams can be readily obtained from most cylinder manufacturers. See CYLINDERS & ACCESSORIES section for cylinder make, thumbturn and trim ring information.
- Standard Package: Individually boxed with strike and wood screws for mounting lock and strike. Cylinder and/or thumbturn available separately.
