The Keeper 6.5 ft. Over-the-Wheel Tie-Down is designed to fit larger tires and treads to enhance reliability for vehicle transport. It features tough performance engineered Hi-Test webbing more resilient than chains that is resistant to rot or mildew. Attach the tie-down to tires to prevent wear from abrasion and jerking during transportation.
