When it comes to heavy-duty, no other closer is like the LCN 4040XP.

Installation and maintenance is made easy, thanks to its intuitive design, on-product diagrams, and a QR code for a landing page full of resources. Installers and service technicians can do their job confidently-ultimately maximizing the life of the product. As a universal closer, the 4040XP fits a wide variety of applications, easing inventory headaches and serving as the closer for all your high use openings.

It’s ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 rated and meets ADA reduced opening force requirements. It’s cUL listed and UL listed for self-closing doors without hold-open and boasts a 30-year limited warranty.

Every 4040XP includes a high-strength cast-iron cylinder, forged steel arm, double heat-treated steel pinion and full complement, low friction bearings for rugged reliability in high-traffic installations. LCN peel-n-stick templates assure quick and accurate installation, and the LCN Green Dial takes the guesswork out of spring power adjustments. It also includes a non-handed plastic cover and fasteners.
