The 993M electromagnetic door holder is a high-hold, surface or concealed mounted unit designed for heavy-duty floor or wall applications.

- 275lbs. holding force
- Total projection: 5-1/4"
- Switch box included 4-1/2" × 4-9/16" × 2-1/2" deep
- Armature plate thru bolted to maintain consistent contact with magnet
- Adjusting screw on heavy-duty armature allows for alignment of contact plate
- Unit has test switch — may be ordered without switch if door will be pulled out of hold open very often
- Substantial wall reinforcement required
- Use key switch (by others) to release
- 24VAC/DC voltage
- Adjustable armature rotation up and down, back and forth for better alignment
- Doors remain open unless electromagnetic holder is released by alarm or smoke detector
- Fail safe operation; power failure releases door to close
