The 994M electromagnetic door holder is a wall-mounted unit with adjustable armature and concealed wiring, recommended for solid wood doors.

- Adjustable armature rotation up and down, back and forth for better alignment
- Cannot be used with 900 base or spacers
- Can be used without adjustment piece making it a model 997M
- Mounting requirements: 2" × 4" × 2-1/2" outlet box
- Wall must be properly reinforced and outlet box adequately fastened
- Tri-volt (120VAC, 24VAC/DC, 12VDC)
- 25-40 lbs. holding force
- For 50-55 lbs. holding force, specify voltage: 120VAC, 24VAC, 24VDC, 12VDC
