The 2891_NB Heavy-Duty Perimeter Gasketing is a versatile sealing solution designed to be applied to the header of doors. Featuring a durable Nylon Brush insert, it can serve as the head section for a parallel arm closer or function as a stop when specified, offering excellent protection against drafts and moisture.
Features
- For the head section of the frame where a parallel arm closer bracket or other hardware is required
- Supplied undrilled (36") or drilled (80" and above) and supplied with sheet metal screws for mounting
- If used as a stop, flat head machine screws can be provided upon request and take a countersunk No.10 hole
- Pemko will drill the head member only if drilling instructions for countersink holes are provided
- Brush remains flexible down to -40 Degree F and has a melting point above 400 Degree F
- Provides support at the head when using parallel arm closers
- Reduces the infiltration of light, air, wind, rain, and snow; prevent heat loss; and control the penetration of smoke and fumes
