Details: Norton 7200 Electromechanical Door Closer/Holder

The 7200 Series electromechanical closer/holder combines the functionality of an electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series door closer.

Features

Multi-point hold open
Fixed spring sizes 3, 4, or 5
Push or pull side mounting (frame mounted)
Adjustable sweep and latch speed valves
Handed
Adjustable backcheck cushioning and position valve
Selective hold open (SHO) allows door to hold open at any degree of opening beyond a pre-set hold open point, up to 175°
Metal covers
Fail safe: solenoid will de-energize in the event of power failure
Concealed or surface wiring
Minimum 4" ceiling required
Auxiliary door stop is required for doors opening beyond 125° (pull side mounting)
