The FM_RG Series Full Mortise Raised Geared Hinge is designed for wood or metal cased openings when hinge is to be installed deep on the rabbet. This hinge is available in a heavy duty model and features leaves designed to allow for the hinge to pivot without interference from the cap.

- For wood or metal frames with applied facing or other decorative moldings
- Heavy duty version available
- Conceals both leaves
- Special FirePins are only required on 3-Hour (A-Label) assemblies
- Certain door and frame conditions may require an extra 1/32"-1/16" clearance
- Excessive clearance on fire rated assemblies may violate the requirements for NFPA 80
- Special hinge reinforcements are not required
- Removal of hinge reinforcements in the door and frame is not advised
- Hollow metal door and frame manufacturers? standard is acceptable
- Guaranteed for the life of the opening against defects in material or workmanship (HD only)
