Details: Rockwood PFD-HYD Hydraulic Bottom Patch

The Hydraulic Bottom Patch Fitting gently closes the door, offering an alternative solution to floor and overhead concealed closers. When paired with the PFD-20 top patch and PF-SM-PIVOT surface mounted top pivot header tubes are not needed thus removing excess metal from the opening. Also, a perfect compliment to transom openings, removing the need to dig a large hole for floor closers.

Pivot Centerline is 2 5/8" with a standard 1/8" gap in the opening can achieve a 2 3/4" pivot centerline
