The 2409 Fire Guard® Series Electromechanical Closer-Holder is designed to hold open fire and smoke rated doors until power is interrupted by a fire alarm condition or remote release switch. Designed for durability, ease of installation and aesthetics, this closer-holder provides the means to achieve fire and building code compliance without interfering with normal building operation.Meeting fire code compliance without disrupting normal building operation, the 2409 Fire Guard Electromechanical Closer-Holder is designed to hold open fire and smoke rated doors until power is interrupted by a fire alarm condition or remote release switch.
