Details: Sargent 2900 Electromechanical Fire Guard Door Closer, Multi Point Hold Open
The 2900 Fire Guard® Series Electromechanical Closer-Holder features multi-position hydraulic hold-open that otherwise allows doors to be held open during normal building operation. With a remote release option, this closer-holder meets fire and building codes requiring doors to be self-closing to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.
