This heavy-duty counterbalance lift-assist hinge provides 15/20/25 Nm of torque to make it easy for users to open heavy lids or doors with very little effort. The high-quality construction is in keeping with Sugatsune's philosophy of superior performance for the end user and a long service life that delivers lasting value for the purchaser.

This precision-engineered counterbalance lift-assist hinge is ideal for medical and machine equipment, or other applications benefitting from a smooth, easy open/close action and subject to heavy use.

Features

Get a power assist opening heavy lids and doors.
Close lids and doors with a smooth, quiet action and no slamming.
Maximum damper torque is 15/20/25 Nm (different models) , guaranteed within 10%.
Torque is adjustable (+/- 5%) through the torque adjustment screw.
304-grade stainless steel main hinge body is ideal for many years of service life.
SWO grade steel hinge spring is durable and strong.
Plastic cover provides the hinge with a clean, neutral finish that doesn't clash.
